There are four known species of lobster in Southern waters. These are grouped in the Pallinuridae family, and from the Scyllaridae family.

We offer different kinds of lobster. Lobster meat has white and sweet flesh, similar in texture to shrimp, and is a strong source of protein and vitamins B6 and B12.

Our lobsters are harvested by using portable traps/buckets.

Did you know? One of their claws can exert pressure of up to 100 pounds per square inch.
