Centered plums

Bukhara plums

Small golden plums that have a different taste and color from other types of plums are known as Bukhara plums. This plum is native to France and is used as a seasoning for many dishes in that country. In our country, Bukhara plum is mostly grown in the mountainous regions of
the northeast and northwest.


Black plum

Black plum is another type of plum that is known as black plum because of its dark purple color. This plum belongs to the peach, nectarine and almond family and has a sweet and malty taste. It is very suitable for the treatment of various diseases such as osteoporosis and is mostly used in dried form.


Yellow plum

This fruit is native to Europe and Asia, and for the first time in the 19th century, its different species were brought to North America by immigrants. This plum is one of the most nutritious fruits, which is a good source of many vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
